		<description><![CDATA[Bhut Jolokia sounds like one serious Chile Pepper. In my youth, it was difficult for me to find a pepper that would satisfy my need for heat. Now I settle for a medium heat such as found in Medium Salsas. Good Luck Brave New Heat Seekers. Enjoy every last bit of fire breathing, sweat inducing, potty burning sensation that Bhut Jolokia has to offer. I wish I could.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Yep, I like spicy food myself and no doubt, this is one hot chile pepper.  I think that if it&#039;s used appropriately though, it&#039;ll be able to spice up huge amounts of food without burning our throats - well not too much, at least! ;)]]></description>
